Tell us what you need built

You will be talking to the solutions architect who would scope the work, not a sales team, and the call is forty minutes rather than a sequence of them. Tell us what is broken or missing and we will tell you what it would take, roughly how long, and what it costs. If we are not the right fit for it, we will say so on that first call and point you at who might be.

1. The first call

   Forty minutes with the person who would scope the work, not a salesperson. We sign a mutual NDA first if you want one, then you tell us the problem and we tell you honestly whether it is one we should take on.

2. Week one

   We agree a fixed price and a fixed scope, then start in your repository and your cloud account. The riskiest part goes first, so if something is going to be hard you find out in days rather than in month three.

3. Week two

   Your first release is running in your environment and you can use it. From there it is a release every fortnight, and you can stop at the end of any of them.
